We supply laboratory research materials subject to strict quality control procedures.

Due to the nature of these materials, we are unable to accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@pepkingsciences.com.au with your order number and clear photos and/or a short video showing the issue and the original packaging.

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
